I love this dehydrator! You can’t get a better brand than Excalibur. I should know, I have burned through enough round cheap dehydrators from Target to fill a pool.
This model has 4 trays and a thermo control, but is without a timer. If you’re leaving it on when you’re at work, go pick up an appliance timer from the hardware store for a few bucks (grounded plug!).
I’ve had this model for over a year with no problems whatsoever. It’s quiet, has a nice whirring sound similar to a gentle fan, and really gets the job done.
