I love this dehydrator. It stays on almost 27/7. My main reason for writing this review is to recommend a thermometer that is compatible with the little hole on the front of the dehydrator. Another reviewer had mentioned that he/she was unable to find a thermometer with a probe that would fit into the hole. I highly recommend the Comark Waterproof Digital Thermometer, -58° – 300°F, which you can buy on amazon, and has received good reviews as well. This dehydrator is made with great quality. The stainless steal is greatly appreciated as is the spacious interior and moveable shelves. There is a lot of flexibility within what one can do with this machine. The only drawback would be its size. It is quite large.
